Yes, feels like the Atlantic is literally in between him and I. Oh and this includes the Great Plains, and the Rocky Mountains in between us as well.
Which one of your ancestors would you most like to talk to?
Submitted by Kathy.
Genghis Khan, just to see if there are any Voxers to meet up with him. Then I can continue believing that we're not all that different after all.
What do you do with the cards and letters you receive? Do you keep them all, just keep the photos, throw them away?

They're pretty much my treasure. I have been keeping letters since the middle of grade school. Cards and envelopes belong in my private scrapbook. :)
During that little break from last week went by pretty quickly. And it was quite a warm Wednesday & Thursday of the Thanksgiving week of November. Five of my current hangout buddies and I gathered to do a Secret Santa names draw from a bowl. It was a bit amusing how there are very little of us, and the chances of drawing out our own names from the bowl is high. Aside from the Secret Santa, we learned more about each other sharing some few specifics of what would make a good present as well as our own character too. Most of our late evening basically turned into a group discussion.
Thanksgiving was fairly quite nice as well. The food was great. Enough salad and other non-meat available for me. No questions about my choice of major for school and no questions about my job from my family. It was all just smooth of gathering feast. Enjoyed my aunt's jokes, my cousins' company, and little village people attacking me.
Yes, by these little village people.
1. Dealing with a Xenophobic
I wished I had confront this xenophobic person of what I feel about this certain issue. Although I used cryptic rebuttals to respond back. I cringe every time this person makes some statements about something like this, just not only xenophobic ones but ones that are quite racist.
2. Creepy Bastard
Just some few weeks ago, I caught a druggy looking man following me after switching seats in the bus. (I usually don't talk to strangers, but this guy asked for time before he was on the bus I was taking) I then sat next to a woman with loads of equipment surrounding her so that he won't be able to sit near me. As I got off to the stop where my College stands, I quickly ran. I was quite glad I didn't have to see him again otherwise I'll report to the bus driver.
3. Arthur, PBS show by Marc Brown
When Arthur, the anthropomorphic aardvark, reaches to his mating stage I wonder whether his future spouse will also be his type of specie as well. Or will there be interspecies marriage in Elwood City? Perhaps Francine, the ape? Buster, the rabbit? (I can't assume his sexuality( The last time I checked there are no other aardvarks other than the Read family. But in this television program, I also noticed other anthropomorphic animals are married/dating to the species they're in. Like Buster's mom for instance, who is a rabbit woman dates a rabbit- looking man.
4. High heels are a bitch. And I sometimes just wear it anyways, especially working at least six hours. :)
5. Christmas is coming up. I'm looking forward to rest and stretch my feet out on that particular day, since most business hours of areas are closed. Not looking forward to receiving pricey presents or giving out pricey presents or what this Coca Cola culture has immersed us to. I just want to dance around like Jack Skellington with curiosity.
6. Now that the Writer's Strike is coming up, I guess there will be no more Heroes.
7. I dropped my photography class AGAIN. Getting specific materials is harder than I thought, especially for a non-driver. I'm not a car person. But luckily, I'm doing quite well in my other classes. Down to 12 units. Still a full time student.
8. My first and only cellphone is now four years old. Never switched, or changed models. (sarcasm) Yes, this is how updated I am with technology.
9. Quick coffee makes me sick. Burger king veggie burger makes me sick. McShake makes me sick. I know for sure I"m not immune to fast food like I was when I was a little kid. I'm sticking with mama's cooking.
